Workday Agenda 2024
Saturday June 1st
8:00 AM

• Park Outside of Gates
• Meet in the Clubhouse

At the Clubhouse:

• Sign in

• Get your name tag, and your work card (you will need to have your work card signed off on at the end of your task)

• Donuts and coffee available

Additional Activities:

• Individual headshot pictures will be taken as we are creating a ‘yearbook’ for the SYC website

Then:

• Off to the workshop to collect any tools and supplies

Task Completed

• Team lead will need to sign your work card

• Return your work card to the Clubhouse

• 2024 Rosters will be available for pick up 

4:00 PM

• Cocktails at the bar (a great time to meet new people and welcome new members)

6:00 PM

• BBQ – Enjoy a meal together with your new work friends

Things Not to Forget:

• Water bottle (can be filled at our many water refill stations)

• Sunscreen

• Hat
