Dear Members,

We are excited to announce that we are trialing an online sign-up system for our upcoming workday (Saturday, June 1st). You can sign up for tasks online starting today until Wednesday, May 29th.

Our goal is to streamline the process and help you come prepared for your chosen tasks. We understand that not everyone is comfortable with computers, so there will still be jobs available for sign-up at the clubhouse on workday.

Since this is a trial, we have not listed every possible job. When you click the link, you will see the following information:

• Work Number

• Location

• Hours required to complete the job

• Description of the job

• Number of people required to complete the job

To sign up, you will need to provide your:

• First name

• Last name

• Email address (optional) 

Please note that you can only sign up for two jobs online.

Registration and the traditional sign in process will be at the clubhouse as it always has been in past years.

A reminder will be emailed to you before the workday.
